The 7200 yard award winning golf course designed by Steve Smyers features rolling terrain and large fast undulating greens set in a dramatic hillside layout. Other leisure facilities include a full size communal swimming pool, tennis courts and playground. There are also family recreation areas with exercise rooms.  A 2nd communal pool is also available across the road on Forest Hills Lane. These leisure facilities are free to visitors staying on Southern Dunes.
